Color Me Community™ (CMC) is the signature human-development and community-building workshop model designed and delivered by Life Pieces To Masterpieces (LPTM). This workshop brings our Human Development System to life through experiential exercises. Over the past several years, CMC has evolved from a culture-setting practice used internally at LPTM with volunteers and staff into a powerful external workshop program requested by schools, nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, and community organizations. CMC now sits at the center of Life Pieces’ growth strategy—strengthening mission impact, expanding our workforce development pipeline, and serving as a sustainable revenue-generating arm that supports long-term financial freedom for the organization.

We offer a series of dynamic workshops and technical assistance in setting the foundation for building a positive culture, organizing people around a shared mission, and planning strategically for the future. Rooted in Life Pieces To Masterpieces’ proprietary philosophical framework and three decades of human development experience, Color Me Community workshops are powerful spaces for individuals, groups, or organizations to reflect, bridge divides, foster a deep sense of belonging across people of different backgrounds and identities, and connect with others to bring ideas into action.
